If you are satisfied with your new instrument you
have bought from Sathya deep then we are satisfied, too. For any
instrument that you have purchased from us you have the right to return it
within 14 days after receiving the goods. You just have to pay the
shipping costs. You will get back the full amount of money for the
instrument. Of course you have to take care to pack the instrument very
carefully when sending it back to us. If there is any damage due to wrong
or loose packing we cannot refund the full amount of the instrument. When
we receive the instrument back we will refund the money you have already
payed and transfer it back to your bank account. We grant a guarantee
period of 6 months. If there appear any hidden faults in material or from
wrong processing during this period, we will exchange the instrument. You
will only be made responsible for caused damages through wrong handling or
wrong packaging when you send the merchandise back. |
